A. Download the Scooton User app from the play store on your mobile phone. Then simply follow the instructions in the app to place the an order and connect with a delivery partner.

Q. How early my order will be picked-up?

A. You can connect with nearby Scooton delivery partners in just couple of minutes.

Q. How do you assure to assign a delivery partner for me?

A. We can always find a delivery partner within couple of minutes; however, we have a large no. fleet across our working area so we can assure you to assign the delivery partner with in the waiting time frame. 

Q. How would I know whether my parcel has been delivered?

A. You will receive an OTP on registered mobile no., share the same at the time of pick up & delivery with the assigned delivery partner separately to make sure that your parcel is delivered to the right person or address.   

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

A. Yes, you can change the order before pickup, Once the rider picks up, you cannot change or cancel the order, in addition, you will need to contact Scooton Customer care only, for any further changes. 

Q. Do you pack or seal the parcel?

A. No, the delivery partner will deliver the parcel in the same packaging given by you. You can always upload a photo of the parcel at the time of booking the pick up to ensure packaging is not compromised in between. Additionally, please click the “fragile” check box for delicate items.
