About the Role
Scooton is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage day-to-day delivery operations and our rider network. The role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment, solving operational issues in real time, and ensuring smooth and timely order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily delivery operations and rider availability
• Coordinate rider onboarding, activation, allocation, and engagement
• Ensure sufficient rider availability based on order demand
• Monitor live orders and ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Handle rider-related operational issues, escalations, and support
• Track operational KPIs including acceptance rate, cancellations, delivery TAT, and rider performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and delivery issues
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve processes
• Maintain operational reports and rider performance data
• Support expansion and scaling of delivery operations
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in delivery operations, rider/fleet management, last-mile logistics, or supply chain operations
• Prior experience with a logistics, hyperlocal delivery, e-commerce, or mobility company preferred
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Comfortable managing field teams and handling real-time operational challenges
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
