Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate parcel deliveries.
• Coordinate with riders/drivers and customers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
• Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient and reliable delivery services.
• Train and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment among team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve operational processes.

Qualifications:

• UG: Any Graduate
• Proven experience as an Operations Executive or similar role, preferably in the logistics or parcel delivery industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and delivery operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
